Redefining Virtual Interactions and Space

Our philosophy revolves around creating a unique and immersive experience that allows users to explore and interact with their digital environment in previously impossible ways.
Through our innovative approach to landscape development and typology evolution, we have created a diverse range of territories that cater to different user preferences.

Space philosophy

The project aims to create a versatile and dynamic environment that can encompass varied territories within it. The morphology of the topography has been developed to allow for the creation of varied territories within the project.
Our philosophy is underpinned by the idea that the topography should be designed as both an environment and a neutral terrain, allowing for the creation of varied territories that can coexist within the same space. Zones are allocated based on the area requirements of each typology, and their distribution creates variations of each typology at different heights.

A New Perspective on Diversifying Territories

The concept of Dexagon Lands is to create and design four distinct typologies – Mountains, Desert, Seaside, and Urban – each with unique characteristics and features.

The evolution of mountain terrain is based on the criteria to create maximum views. Each division as a plot is at varied heights to create volumetric complexity. Conceptually, each plot has been developed with the possibility of using not only the horizontals but the verticals as well, creating the scope of integrating hanging structures, caves and alcoves, ridges as walkways, and waterfalls as infinite natural pools.

Water merging with the mountains

Private and shared natural pools

Possibility to have hanging structures

Elevation ranging to 600 mts.

Desert terrain has been developed with the concept of having vast horizons and connectivity. The variation in the slope of all the plots comes together to create dunes as in nature. The plots create connectivity and yet provide privacy on their own based on the sizes of the plots. The height and slope of the dunes allow for the generation of skyscrapers or bunkers as the user envisages.

Seaside terrain is developed as an infusion of three characteristics of terrains which are water, vegetation, and connective routes. Varying water levels generate the development of usable land, and it seeps in between these plots to create the connective network which keeps the plots separate yet connected. This landscape gives the possibility to create bridges, ports, farms, lagoons, and much more.

Urban terrain is a result of connecting the radial growth of a few nodes, eventually merging into a functional city. The nodes of growth are influential to each other resulting in the connective zones. Our urban landscapes offer the scope to develop high-rise buildings, street-level shops, public squares, and much more.

Development strategy

We have developed the landscape to evolve from voxels to pixels and beyond, using elevation maps to provide a realistic and immersive experience.

Our development strategy is focused on continuous improvement and expansion, ensuring that our users always have something new and exciting to explore.

The roadmaps for each typology are based on the vision of creating a versatile and dynamic environment, with maximum views and volumetric complexity.

We are committed to providing our users with the best possible experience, and we believe that our philosophy of diversifying territories is key to achieving our goals.
